You’ll learn how to fuel, train, and live in a way that aligns with your goals while raising the standard for what “healthy” looks and feels like.

  • No, but tracking is an essential short-term awareness tool during this program. It helps you understand your habits, hit your caloric goals, plan meals more easily, and build confidence in portioning and balance. Over time, you’ll learn how to eat intuitively without losing progress.

  • Endline is a 12-month coaching experience — because real transformation takes time. We can’t undo years of habits in a few weeks or months. This commitment gives you the structure, accountability, and progression needed to create lasting results.


    After your first year, you’ll also have the option to continue working with your coach at a reduced rate for continued accountability and growth.

  • The truth is, life never slows down — and this program was built for real people with busy lives. Whether you travel weekly or juggle work and family, your training and nutrition plan adapts to your lifestyle so you can stay consistent anywhere.

  • No. Your training program can be modified based on your available equipment at home, gym, or hybrid. You will need access to dumbbells and/or a barbell to make it work effectively.

  • Most clients train 3–4 days per week for 30–60 minutes. Nutrition, education, and check-ins are in the app and require anywhere from 5-15min a day.

  • Results vary, but most clients notice major improvements in strength, energy, confidence, and body composition within 3–6 months — and maintain those results long after. The real goal is building a foundation that lasts for life.

  • No. Instead of restrictive meal plans, you’ll learn flexible nutrition that fits your lifestyle. You’ll get custom macros, meal ideas, and simple, sustainable strategies to help you fuel your goals — without cutting out foods you love.
