Your food targets are completely tailored to your body, your goals, and your lifestyle. For the first 12 weeks, I meticulously review your food log, suggest easy swaps, and help you truly understand what "eat more" means without hindering your progress. After that, your plan naturally adapts to your life, goals, travel, stress, and changing seasons so you'll never feel lost.

Hands-On Foundation Phase (First 12 Weeks)

This is where we establish your crucial base. You'll get movement videos that clearly explain form, cues, and what the movement should feel like. I personally review your food logs, offer video check-ins, and help you build the kind of deep body awareness you need. The goal isn't just to do the work; it's to do it right.

Month 1: Application & Onboarding
It all starts here. You apply, and if it's a great match, we begin our work together. You'll gain full access to the app and complete a detailed intake form covering your training history, nutrition habits, lifestyle, and specific goals.

Initial Strategy Session
Before we lift a finger, we meet to build your first year-long roadmap. We'll set clear, shared goals, and I will program your initial nutrition plan and design your long-term movement progression.

Months 1–3: The Foundation Phase
This is where we go deep. We focus intensely on technique, form, body awareness, and habit formation. Your nutrition coaching is completely hands-on during this time. Every movement is intentionally taught, and our cueing is precise to ensure you build a powerful, safe base.

Months 4–9: The Progress Phase
Now the real progress accelerates. Your training intelligently escalates and adapts. Your nutrition plan adjusts alongside your changing body. We actively work through plateaus, disruptions, and major life changes together. You won't be guessing; you'll be executing with full support.

Months 10–12: Peak Performance & Transformation
This is the phase where all your consistent work finally pays off. Your results become visibly dramatic, and your confidence shifts in a major way. This is where you see, and feel, what happens when the foundation you built truly delivers.

Month 13 & Beyond: The Sustain Phase
We lock in those incredible gains you've achieved. We adjust your plan for maintenance, protect your metabolism, and rebuild your energy levels. From here, you have options: you can seamlessly maintain your new lifestyle, pivot to completely new goals, or continue to push your boundaries forward.
